Small US Firm has opportunity for a virtual invoicing administrator working remotely from home office as an independent contractor.

Reporting and Invoicing using an online invoicing software tool.

Night shift work not necessary but candidate must be available from 8.00am local time and be able to respond to emails and communications same business day.

Part Time positions available through a Contract-based relationship with online freelancers who operate independently and not through an agency. This position is not full time and hours will likely not exceed 5 hrs per week unless a special task is assigned.

Candidate must be an individual having the following experience:

1. Online set up
2. Small business software set up including word, excel, pdf printer, cloud storage such as dropbox
3. Fast Internet Access
4. Good Command of English and Writing Skills in English
5. Invoicing and reporting experience using online invoicing systems
6. Several years experience working as a virtual office administrator operating independently and not through an agency
