Position: Japanese Service Desk Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Type of Account: Pharmaceutical Account
Salary : P 60,000-P 100,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Location: Quezon City
Benefits:

Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese (N1, N2, N3,N4 level/passer) with Good English communication skills
• At least Sr. High School graduate or 2 years in college
• With Service Desk/Helpdesk/TSR work experience in BPO company
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• No age limit required

Responsibilities:
• Answering inquiries via phone, email, Chat and Web
• Ensure accurate documentation of each transaction
• Issuing ticketing number to the customers for the escalation of inquiries
• Record and update the status received by the resolver groups
• Callback the user and confirm resolution (if applicable)
