We’re Hiring: Assortment Operation Lead
Location: Onsite at Client’s Office – BGC, Taguig
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain an updated list of all properties and values within the system.
• Propose clean-up procedures to streamline the property pool (through adding, deleting, and merging entries).
• Collaborate with the CPV team and, based on their output files, determine the necessary adjustments in the property pool, as failing to do so would affect CPV executions.
• Work with Translation PICs to ensure accurate property and value translations across all languages.
• Develop a clear understanding of the end-to-end process of CPV management and executions.
• Audit annotators’ output for quality prior to execution.
• Assist in applying changes in the system through executions.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
• Relevant experience with a prominent local e-commerce platform (e.g., EL/FMCG/Fashion) and KM/VKM (two-dimensional, GSKA, top brand).
• Capable of working hands-on, flexible in planning, proactive, and possessing a strong sense of team spirit.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (with a valid proficiency certificate).
• Passionate about innovation, collaboration, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite at the client’s office in BGC, Taguig.
