Organized personal with computer and a high-speed Internet connection that can work remotely. Applicant should have a positive can-do attitude, be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and must have good written and spoken English, this job starts at $4 per hour and offers possible bonuses. Applicant should be self-disciplined and well organized, must complete tasks on time and be computer/ Internet literate with the ability to conduct resaerch and skip trace for emails, phone numbers, addresses accurately.
This is a remote job with the potential to be built into full-time/flexibility.

- Amazing interpersonal skills: because you will be talking to all types of personalities with most of them going through difficult times in their life and must be able to listen, communicate and engage with all prospects in a warm and friendly manner so that the client will feel comfortable to have a conversation with you in order for you extract the cirtiacal information your role requires you to gather.
- Happy, positive, and optimistic attitude: beacuse you will be receiving mutilpe rejections as well as rude attitudes from prospects.
- Need respectful, sympatheic and empathic attitude: to build a rapport with clients.
- Quiet workspace or environment with no background noise. No one likes a lot of background noise when talking on the phone, especially if they already do not want to be on the phone in the first place.
- Able to type and enter data while on the phone: while on the phone asking your questions and dialouge with prospects, you must be able to type that information into our CRM database.
- Able to offer suggestions in improving or solving any flaws or problems in the company's processes or procedures if needed. We value speed and an efficient work flow, so if you feel you have ideas on how to improve your current tasks to speed up time without losing the quailty of your performance , you will be recogized for doing so during your performance evaluations.
- Make apponitment confirmation calls
- Construct a document package and fill out documents in CRM for deals to be sent out for sigining
- Upload videos, pictures, and details of deals onto the CRM database
- Scan websites for information to be placed into an Excel spreadsheet for our marketing team
- Organize data within Excel spreadsheets
- Respond to all leads either through a text message or phone call with our online phone system with the goal of asking series of scripted questions (Pre-qualifying all leads)
- Make follow-up calls to all leads within our database pre-qualifing them.

Can you work:
- Monday -Friday 40 hours a week
- 11AM - 7PM U.S. Central, Eastern time
- As a part-time employee to be paid weekly
