- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer complaint
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in college
- With or without work experience
- Average English communication skills
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
