Job Summary

Demonstrate knowledge of how credit is granted and the role of Accounts Receivable Management
Follow Corporate philosophies and strategies when speaking with customers regarding delinquent accounts on behalf of our clients
Utilize various databases to obtain account information
Overcome consumer objections and stalls; refer complaints immediately to the appropriate MC
Negotiate payment terms/arrangements
Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Bachelor's / College / Associate Degree Holder
Undergraduate of at least 2 years (2nd Sem)
With or without CC background
Preferably with 6 months CC background
Collections background is a plus
Average to excellent communication skills
Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig
Can work in shifting/night schedule
