An US-based company has a job opening for a virtual office assistant. We are offering this job as a long-term position.

------Job duties include, but not limited to ------
1. Processing rent rolls and screening tenant application
2. Managing lease agreement
3. Posting rent payment received.
4. Processing online orders, Shipping via UPS or USPS
2. Shopping for trucking rate and making arrangement for shipping via LTL
3. Creating purchase orders.

------Requirement----------
1. Preferably with experience in bookkeeping and computerized accounting software, Quickbook
2. Fast and efficient
3. Fluently in writing and spoken English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, great with Excel
5. Extreme Attention to Detail
6. At least 3+ year experience with eBay and Amazon online stores.

Work hours: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm US Pacific Time (flexible)
