Responsibility 1 – Take and process phone and in person bookings
Attention to detail - obtaining correct client information (name, account details, travel details)
Accurate data entry to Dispatch System - Limousine Manager (time, date, pick up/drop off locations, contact details)
Follow processes and procedures, e.g. send confirmation email, double check availability, communicate with Operations Team and continue working relationship
Understand and apply pricing policies and procedures
Responsibility 2 – Respond to phone and online enquiries
Understand client requirements and situation by asking probing questions. For example: Account or Retail client, purpose of travel (special occasion or general transfer), budget /constraints
Respond with accurate information, i.e. price and availability of vehicles
Follow up quotes in a timely manner
Resolve client issues by contacting other relevant staff, e.g. Operations, Bus Drivers
Responsibility 3 – Meet & greet clients, escort them to the vehicles
Professional greeting of clients, check booking details, offer water, offer to assist, locate driver and escort to vehicles (if required)
Positive and confident presentation.
Responsibility 4 – Work with staff at Airport/Casino Concierge
Effectively liaise with other Airport Team Members and Operations Team to ensure a smooth transition for customers from airport exit to transit
Keep lines of communication open with Operations Team
Escalate issues as required
Able to work under pressure
Responsibility 5 – Participate in company projects as required.
Seek to assist in other activities that require your skill set or will expand your skill set
