• Finished High school or College
• No experience required
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 - 30 wpm
• Computer and Web proficient
• Willing to work in changing work schedules
• Amenable to work in McKinley, Taguig
• Assist customers with queries regarding their account over the phone. This could be for activation, renewal, upgrading, etc.
• Provide information requested over the phone regarding subscription plans, video on demand and process for accessing via TV or any device
• Log all calls for reference and monitoring
• Ensure all calls are responded to promptly and in a professional manner
