Job Description:
• Will be working for a question-and-answer platform where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by its community of user
• Will be moderating contents based on given guidelines using both English and other assigned language
• Will be working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools

Job Requirement:
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese business languages
• Preferably with at least six (6) months BPO experience (preferably in a customer service program)
• Able to read fast without missing important details and demonstrates high attention to details
• Inquisitive personality with good analytical skills and a critical thinker
• Willing to work in Makati, Philippines (Manila)
