Value Coordinator position responsibilities include coordinating real estate valuations nation wide utilizing a website and by phone. Extensive phone work, basic computer literacy, basic typing skills, ability to work with others openly, professionally, phone etiquette and professional communication skills are required. Willingness to cross-train, multitask in a fast paced high-pressure team oriented company will also be considered as a valuable and transferable work skill in addition to be able to work with limited supervision while maintaining productivity.
