💰 PAY RATE
$6.00 – $9.00 per hour (USD)
Pay based on experience, English fluency, and performance during interview.

🕒 SCHEDULE
Shifts available Monday–Friday
Some evening and weekend availability preferred
Must be available live on video during scheduled shift hours
🔑 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound phone calls from customers nationwide
Handle high-stress or irate callers professionally
Schedule security services and relay accurate information
Perform administrative and coordination tasks
Communicate clearly with management and field teams
Maintain professionalism representing a U.S.-based security firm
✅ REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY – NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔ Must speak clear, fluent English (no heavy accents)
✔ Must be comfortable handling upset or high-pressure callers
✔ Must be available via VIDEO CHAT during all scheduled shifts
✔ Must have reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
✔ Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
✔ Prior Virtual Assistant or call-handling experience REQUIRED
✔ Security, dispatch, customer service, or admin experience preferred
