We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and people-focused Event Coordinator to help plan and execute unforgettable experiences for a tattoo studio and motorcycle showroom. This role combines lifestyle branding, community engagement, and event production across two culture-driven spaces.
You’ll coordinate everything from tattoo flash days and bike nights to grand openings, vendor pop-ups, live music events, charity rides, and social media activations.
### Responsibilities
* Plan and manage events from concept to execution
* Coordinate calendars, vendors, artists, performers, and sponsors
* Organize motorcycle meetups, showroom launches, tattoo conventions, and community events
* Handle event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, permits, and timelines
* Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and social media campaigns
* Create engaging customer experiences that reflect both brands’ identities
* Track event budgets and maintain vendor relationships
* Assist with photography/video coordination during events
* Support partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
### Qualifications
* Experience in event planning, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or brand activations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, unconventional environments
* Passion for motorcycles, tattoo culture, music, art, or lifestyle brands is a major plus
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
* Social media and marketing experience preferred
