Longkong - Superior Latexless Lanzones -- There are three major class of lazones : DUKU, LANGSAT and DUKU-LANSAT. DUKU is the lanzones we are all familiar in the Philippines. Two major sources are in PAETE,Laguna and in Davao. This has big flesh, big seed and has a lot of latex (dagta) Shelf life is about 3-5 days. LANGSAT is primarily grown outside of the Philippines, small flesh, small seed, latexless and shelf life can extend up to 7 days. DUKU-LANGSAT is a natural cross between the latter two. It is most popularly known as LONGKONG. This natural cross, very old big tree can be found in THAILAND. Currently, the PAETE DUKU is now being replaced by LONGKONG breed by the thousands. The characteristics are the combination of the good qualities of both the DUKU and LANGSAT. Planted in the farm are grafted LONGKONG with mother tree grafted directly from the THAILAND original tree. Some already fruiting three years ago. More or less 20.

Latexless Jackfruit ( Cheekong)-already prolific fruiting - This is a variety from Thailand. The Fruit flesh is yellow orange, very aromatic, and latexless (walang dagta). All trees are now fruiting and being harvested. The flesh has minimal strandy fiber unlike the native langka we have. Fruit can weigh as much as 40 kilos if minimal fruit is allowed to grow. More or less 20.

Native Jackfruit - Philippine native, very aromatic, lots of latex, and usually big fruit and a bit stringy. More or less 5.

Rambutan - Different dwarf hybrids . PLANTED along the driveway are yellow, deep red, green and orange RAMBUTANS. These are grafted dwarf trees. 4 trees have already been harvested. 10 trees planted.

Latundan continuously fruiting. Sporadic

Saba continuously fruiting. This is the original plant in the farm when first bought. This is a native to Quezon. Fruit is medium size and firm (maligat). Can be made into Banana chips. More or less 300.

Calamansi -- these are grafted giant calamansi. Juicy. Four years old. More or less 20

Dalandan - at least 3 planted and fruiting.

Giant Avocado - Grafted, tree were already fruiting and just harvested. More or less 7

Sampalok - native big old tree - . Annually fruiting. 1

Coconut - 30+ young coconuts plated. 2 old trees continuously fruiting

Golden coconut - 2 already fruiting.

Makapuno coconut - about 7-10 makapuno were planted in the property line along Bakong creek.

Arabica Coffee- has around 6 big old trees fruiting every year.

Guimaras Mangoes more or less 30 survived. This variety is the standing sweetest and best mango in the world. Internationally known as Manila Super mango. This is also the only variety of mango from the Philippines that USA is importing. Grafted and dwarf. Many have already harvested in last three years. Already fruiting.

Golden Queen mango - Giant exotic mango from Indonesia - already fruiting. ~1 kilo per fruit! More or less 4 trees.

AppleMango - 1 and already annually fruiting. Fruits are light green reddish peel, fleshy and big.

Indian mango - 1 big very old tree and at least 5 youg ones already fruiting.

Guyabano (more or less 15) - native to Philippines with medicinal value.

Bignay or Queensland Cherry - known for various medicinal uses of the berries such as, anti cholesterol, weight loss, snake bites. 2 trees planted and already fruiting annually.

Pineapple - Silang variety - very sweet. Planted along driveway. More or less 20.

Suha - Big pink variety . (3 and already fruiting) Kamias - native. (2 trees profusely fruiting), Makopa - cultvar native to Philippines. Dark red and green. Flesh is very juicy and thick. Highly medicinal: promotes memory, antioxidant, diuretic, et. (2 trees 1 gren 1 red) , Siniguelas - native cultivar. Medicinal, anti spasmodic, diuretic, antiseptic when boiled and anti bacterial (3trees.) Kaimito - Stap Apple - native cultivar with fleshy and juicy meat. Decocted leaves used to control diabetes, and rheumatism. Boiled bark used as tonic stimulant and anti tussive. (2 trees) Atis- Sugar Apple - (at least 5) , Bankok Santol (2), Kasuy tree (1)
