This role is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end, high-volume onboarding within a fast-paced IT/AI environment. It serves as a subject matter resource for onboarding processes, ensures compliance with labor laws, maintains accurate employee records, and acts as a key point of contact for employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end volume onboarding from endorsement to Day 1 readiness.
- Own and continuously improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and checklists.
- Prepare, review, and process new hire documentation including contracts, government forms, tax documents, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain, audit, and ensure accuracy of 201 files and employee records.
- Conduct and facilitate in-person/online onboarding and orientation sessions covering company policies, culture, and values.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries and escalations.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is compliant, accurate, and confidential.
- Support offboarding processes including clearances, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance) and external partners.
- Submit employee documents to government agencies and ensure timely compliance.
- Provide payroll with accurate employee data (attendance, leave, IDs, onboarding status).
- Prepare and deliver HR reports on onboarding metrics, headcount, diversity, and productivity.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end volume onboarding process, preferably in IT, AI, or tech-driven organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Experience handling government-mandated documentation and compliance.
- Solid background in HR documentation, record-keeping, and HR systems.
- Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS / HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously.
- Analytical skills for reporting and improving onboarding processes.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Other Duties
- Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
Work Requirements
- Amenable to onsite work in Imus & Bacoor, Cavite.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime or weekends, as required.
