Creative Team Lead (BGC)

We are looking for a strong lead with vast experience in creating collateral for print web and social. He/she will lead a team of graphic designers, multimedia designers, production artists and re-touchers that will work on a 12-hour turn around with the ICE team. The lead sFhould be comfortable leading a team that will execute collateral to pre-determined standards, toolkits and templates. He/she should provide creative guidance to the team, determine team priorities, ensure all deadlines are met, and take a proactive approach to project and task management. Hospitals act like local businesses, offering a wide range of extremely valuable services. Your challenge will be to identify, enhance and create the best campaigns to help these hospitals cut through the landscape of me-too healthcare content, and provide creative experiences that really resonate with patients, prospective patients and their caregivers.
As a key member of the creative team, the Creative Team Lead will partner closely with the Strategic Marketing and Content teams to enhance existing materials and create new campaigns in a very fast-paced, positive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Specific challenges include:
• Lead creative team with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Interpret incoming work and assign staff as appropriate
• Act as point of contact for home office
• Ensure creative consistency, high level of accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines and style/tool kits, as applicable

Preferred Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
