We are looking for a HubSpot Systems Administrator to join our growing, fast-paced team. This position can be fully remote. Work from anywhere as long as you have a great internet connection and comfortable workspace. The HubSpot Systems Administrator will be responsible for overall user support, data integrity, system administration and process maintenance of all sales and marketing enablement tools including HubSpot CRM, Hubspot Marketing Hub. This person will also work closely with various departments to identify, develop and deploy new business strategies and scalable processes to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
Provides day-to-day end-user support including implementation, configuration and management services for Hubspot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Facilitate end user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting for all sales and marketing enablement tools. Also integral for the development and proliferation of such tools.
Support organizational growth goals by increasing efficiencies and optimizing for productivity by developing a solid understanding of sales-specific business processes.
Assist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales processes.
Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub through data import management, system integrations, data auditing, cleanup and deduping, and workflow management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes.
Primary contact for all HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub/Mode Analytics reporting requests including creation and support of all metrics and revenue reporting, ongoing Sales/Marketing/Operations department KPI reporting, and ad hoc projects as needed.
Acts as primary administrator of the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub database, including the creation and iterative improvements of workflows, custom fields and data flow management processes.
Maintain all system documentation.
Manage, maintain and integrate all relevant third-party systems and integrations.
Develop department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, and other routine Tasks to support Sales Leadership in maintaining consistent team oversight.
Investigate and recommend new sales tools to improve and expedite key sales activities to increase sales efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business or Marketing Operations, or similar role
2+ years of experience as a Hubspot CRM Marketing Hub Administrator required
1+ year of experience with relational databases, data governance, and process improvement desired
Experience developing end-user reports using SQL required
Experience supporting a team of sales professionals
Strong data management abilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to identify actionable insights through data analysis to support data-driven business decisions
Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines independently
Highly self-motivated and dependable
