* Experience supporting marketing or social media for a brand
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable following brand guidelines and instructions
* Reliable internet connection and backup
* Long-term mindset and positive attitude

* Previous work with U.S.-based brands or e-commerce companies
Compensation
* $8–$14 USD/hour, depending on experience
* Paid consistently and on time
* Opportunity for increased hours and pay as the role grows

Why This Role Is Different
We value long-term team members, clear communication, and mutual respect. If you do great work, you’ll be treated like part of the team—not “just a VA.”
