We are looking for a professional and confident Presenter & Product Trainer who can effectively introduce our product, conduct live demos, and train new users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking, teaching, and helping others succeed.
You will also assist with basic email and chat support to ensure our users receive excellent service.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct live product demos and presentations
* Clearly introduce and explain product features and benefits
* Train individuals and groups on how to properly use the platform
* Follow company scripts, instructions, and presentation flow
* Provide email and chat support to users
* Answer questions professionally and accurately
* Report feedback and common concerns to the team
Requirements:
* Strong English speaking and communication skills
* Confident and comfortable presenting live (camera-on)
* Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Experience in presenting, training, customer service, or sales is a plus
* Reliable working computer (good performance)
* Stable high-speed internet connection
* Quality camera and microphone
* Quiet, professional workspace
Work Schedule:
* Part-time
* Monday–Friday
* 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
