Job Terms
Full-time contractor role
Starting pay: up to ₱30,000/month
Performance-based increase up to ₱35,000/month after 3 months
Work hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Manila Time), weekdays
One-year renewable overseas contract
Independent contractor status
Performance Expectations
Designers are expected to:
Consistently produce original design concepts
Clearly explain and defend design decisions during reviews
Performance Notes:
Failure to meet expectations may result in performance warnings. Repeated issues (e.g., three instances of unoriginal work or inability to justify design decisions) may lead to contract termination.
