Insurance agency is seeking administrative professional who provides exemplary customer service and internal administrative work. Assists a variety of teams to perform administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Previous administrative assistant experience. Ideal if experience within the insurance industry.
• Positive/high energy.
• Reliable.
• Independent worker – able to follow given training and directions on own.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communicator, confident phone presence.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Software.
• Capable of learning new software quickly.
• Familiar with overseas job posting websites.
• Able to recruit candidates in home country for positions when needed.
• Multi-tasker, able to assist in many areas as needed.
• Organized.
• Must have college level learning experience, earned a secondary degree.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Actively answering phones and logging calls.
• Preparing certificates of insurance and reviewing requirements.
• Follow given workflows and training videos.
• Learn and use naming conventions for logging documents.
• Loss run requests.
• Copying data/Acords.
• Pulling information from carrier sites.
• Policy checking.
• Quoting online (work comp, auto, etc.)
• Data entry.
• Logging documents/attachments.
• Assist and work closely with account managers on a variety of admin tasks assigned.
• Assist in marketing collateral.
• Assist with administrative tasks for overseas employees.
• Recruiting for overseas positions when needed.
o Post jobs on oversea sites
o Screen candidates
o Schedule interviews
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
• Learn agency management software and other software as needed.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week within 8:00 EST – 8:00pm EST
Candidates must not have any alternative employment, as the position will be full-time.

Pay:
