Qualification /Requirements:
* Competitive, with initiative, independent, resourceful, driven team player who is open to learning and consistently produce quality work while in high stress situations
* Strong written and oral communication skills using English language, analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with others, available to work flexible hours and overtime and willing to work in Quezon City.
* College Graduate of any course with Minimum of at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in customer service is an advantage
* Newly grad as also welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:
* Professionally handle incoming inquiries from customers (calls, emails, chats, social media, back office and other B2C/B2B channels)
* Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services. Upsell products, resolve customer issues including escalated ones
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers, follow up customer calls where necessary and performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned
