* College Graduate of any course with Minimum of at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in customer service is an advantage

* Professionally handle incoming inquiries from customers (calls, emails, chats, social media, back office and other B2C/B2B channels)
* Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services. Upsell products, resolve customer issues including escalated ones
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers, follow up customer calls where necessary and performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned
