Medspa Wellness Marketing

I am looking for a full-time (40 hours per week), EST hours for long-term virtual assistant/directory manager to help with a variety of jobs for an online directory and advertising business, including on boarding new clients, reviewing weekly reports with clients, doing research, writing content, updating content, formatting in Wordpress, and marketing.

I'm looking for a detail-oriented person who speaks perfect english and
has excellent English writing skills for copywriting, editing, proofreading, product descriptions, product reviews, email newsletters, social media content, etc.


Is proficient with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents as well as Google Docs.
Can do minor photo editing and file compression.


Other desirable skills include:
Experience in outreach for guest posting. Including creating lists of and contacting top bloggers in our industry and reaching out to them.
Can layout simple newsletter templates and schedule email marketing in Mailchimp.
Experience with social media marketing on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram.
Is adaptable and willing to learn so you can help out in other areas as assigned.

Requirements:
You must have reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
You must be reliable, a fast-learner, hardworking, and honest (Important).
You must communicate regularly regarding tasks done and progress of work.
You must be willing to work full-time (8 hours a day x 5 days a week for a total of 40 working hours in one week).
You must be comfortable trying new tasks often, be able to take direction, and be open to feedback and willing to improve.
You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
You must have at least 2 years of experience working in online writing.
