Company looking for an executive/administrative assistant. Tasks include researching, scheduling/managing appointments, and completing written and verbal instructions in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
• Relevant experience in data entry, filing, transcription
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to use alternative applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges

The candidate should be capable of:
• Managing and prioritizing their workload
• Working both independently and as a team member
• Researching new possible leads
• Making travel arrangements
• Ensuring that requirements for projects are implemented and maintained
• Organize, store, and archive both paperwork and digital files
• Communicate with employees and clients professionally

Asset but not required
• Knowledge in electrical, power generation, alternative energy
• Knowledge with city bylaws and regulations
• Knowledge in real-estate
