HIRING PROJECT ASSISTANT (Makati City)

compensation: 15000 Plus Allowances

Our company is seeking a Project Assistant to manage the office and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Data gathering/research via online and actual fieldwork

REQUIREMENTS
• FOR MAKATI RESIDENTS ONLY
• Female (20 – 35 years old)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL and problem solving skills
• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Fresh Graduate is welcome (Business/ Marketing Graduate preferred)

SALARY
• Minimum plus commission and allowances per project
(Basic Salary of Php 15,000 per month)

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday
9:00am-5:00pm
