The HR Generalist is responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely HR support not limited to recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, employee relations and other admin tasks assigned from time to time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications of candidates
Schedules qualified candidates for a face-to-face interview with hiring managers
Inputs necessary and accurate information in process trackers and database in a timely manner
In-charge of sending out email and SMS reminder to invited candidates
Handles different job portals including online channels
Coordinates with hiring managers and other departments involved for the job requirements such as qualifications, job profile and competencies
Helps in increasing pool of candidates through all possible sources
Assists in the creation of different sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling
Performs general administrative duties
Ensures proper filing of documents on the 201 file
Maintain accurate personnel records
Assist in employee relation counseling
Handles the attendance monitoring (tardiness, overtime and leave applications)
Organizes engagement activities
Provides quality customer service to all team members through voice, email, chat and face to face interactions by addressing and/or facilitating concerns, queries, issues, complaints and/or request. Initiates call backs and return calls as deemed necessary
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the department

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Must have at least 2 years experience in the related field
Experience in the BPO setting is an advantage but not required
Basic knowledge of other HR principles and concepts
Highly creative and well versed in managing different sourcing channels
Possesses strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills, integrity and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables
Ability to follow through on work assignments with minimal supervision
Must be amenable to work from 4AM to 12PM
