• Native Japanese or someone with native level of proficiency
• Bachelor Degree graduate of any course
• Conversational in English (For internal use only)
• Has experience in customer service or in BPO
• Experience in Human resource is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
• Handle inquiries from Japan employees through phone, emails and chat
• Responsible for managing all HR concern of Japanese employees from Japan like payroll, benefits, etc.
• Respond to requests and inquiries of Japanese employees
• Report tasks to the Team Lead or supervisor or manager as necessary.
