Marketing Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant who is familiar with ZOHO CRM and how to do email marketing and Landing pages and other marketing tools in Zoho. This role supports our marketing operations, helps manage campaigns, and assists with light content and website tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer email marketing campaigns, Organize, clean, and maintain prospect email lists,
Review campaign performance and sequence results inside email marketing platforms
Assist in reviewing or drafting engaging copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
Suggest content topics based on trends, competitor research, or industry insights
Helpful (but not required): experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, or Pinterest marketing
Ideal Candidate
An experienced VA supporting clients in digital marketing
Experience with the ZOHO tools, email marketing tools and landing page marketing
Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes
Willing to take initiative and offer suggestions
