Small US Firm has opportunity for a virtual administrator working remotely from home office as an independent contractor.

Tasks will include form filling with data, search for records on the internet, verifying data, searching for documents, filing online in the cloud, pdf printing documents, submitting documents to internet sites.
Reporting and Invoicing using an online invoicing software tool may also be required.
Night shift work not necessary but candidate must be available from 8.00am local time and be able to respond to emails and communications same business day.
Full Time and Part Time positions available through a Contract-based relationship with online freelancers who operate independently and not through an agency.
Candidate must be an individual having the following experience:
1. Online set up
2. Small business software set up including word, excel, pdf printer, cloud storage such as dropbox
3. Fast Internet Access
4. Good Command of English and Writing Skills in English
5. Several years experience working as a virtual office administrator operating independently and not through an agency
