Do you have good english writing/speaking skills and open to learning? We are looking for a full time team member to work with our Real Estate Company located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. As part of the team, you will be working with us as a transaction coordinator, taking a residential sale from contract to close. In addition, manage social media accounts and advertise properties on social sites and Craigslist.

Fluent written and spoken English for phone meetings and conversations with team and others
Effective listening skills
Internet and Technology savvy
Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail
Strong organization skills is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required to interact with the team and others
Ability to Multi task
Sharp memory and excellent common sense
Proactive and requires minimal supervision
Ability to learn quickly
Has a passion for continuing education and constant learning experience
Previous Virtual Assistant experience required
Must be able to work Full Time, Monday -Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
Must have High speed internet
