RUSH HIRING!!! FULL-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT Makati Area



Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and schedule appointments

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Submit and reconcile expense reports

• Data gathering/research via online



REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• ATTENTION TO DETAIL and problem solving skills

• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Fresh Graduate is welcome (Business/ Marketing Graduate preferred)





SALARY

• Minimum plus commission per project (depends on experience)

• Usually gets 14k - 16k a month (will increase along the way)



WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday

9:00am-5:00pm
