Real Estate Investor's VA

Job Description:
The Real Estate Investor’s Assistant will work with the company’s CEO in order to organize and set up various campaigns. The Investor’s Assistant will be given the task of running, managing, and organizing CRM systems, and are expected update the company’s advertisements and marketing frequently. The position will be expected to familiarize themselves with the CRM systems used by the company, and company information to make the most fitting advertisements for the company. The position is to communicate any updates or changes to advertising with the CEO. Other objectives are listed below, and/or will be provided by the CEO. These objectives will be clearly outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding.

Responsibilities Include:
• Running and organizing CRM Systems (REI Reply)
• Organizing campaigns
• Establishing new campaigns
• Tracking KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Managing Facebook Ads

Position Goals:
• Set up weekly and daily tasks
• Innovate new ways in which CRM is used
• Track weekly KPIs

• Exceeds in communicational skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledgeable CRM Systems (experience optional)
• Have basic accounting skills and knowledge
• Experienced in working with the real estate field (optional)
• Must be fluent in English (other languages optional)
