We are looking to hire a rockstar VA that would assist in lead generation, building relationships with sellers and buyers, and supporting the team by performing administrative tasks and research.

Lead generation for seller and buyers
Handles outbound and inbound calls, cold calling
Execute lead follow up system
Support team in admin tasks, etc
Must have at least 2 yrs call center experience in a US based company
Proficient in written and spoken English with neutral accent
Background in real estate investment in US is a plus!
Must have great attitude and coacheable
Self starter and always looking for ways to support the goals of the team
Takes initiative to learn new skills to perform the assigned task
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Must be ambitious! We're looking for a real "Go-Getter" that wants to serve, and add value
Must be a great manager of time, and be able to work autonomously from home
Must be a people person
Must be tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM (Podio), Microsoft Office, Voxer, etc
Has a working computer and noise cancelling headset
Has high speed internet of at least 5mbps
