I am looking for a job CSR/Chat Support/Email Support.
I am proficient in the English language as I've been working as a Web Care Agent / CSR (Team Leader) for more than a year now in a Retail Company. We are processing customers returns/ refunds, General Questions, technical issues and callbacks in an E-commerce company.
