-Responsible for development of software/applications on the ServiceNow platform to support the company’s key departments.
-Design, development, deployment and administration of ServiceNow components such as:
*Reports & Metrics
*Service Level Agreements
- Load, transform and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
-Monitor logs, performance and overall health of ServiceNow instances.
-Perform upgrades and quarterly patches as required by the ServiceNow platform.
-Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, policies, methods, and tools.
-Provide guidance and training on ServiceNow to clients and end users.
-Provide a value-added experience to clients in every interaction.
-Experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas.
* ITIL Foundations Certification or Certified ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodology.
- Knowledge of IT service management and the ITIL service operations and transition processes.
