About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Security Dispatcher to join our team. The Security Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring security operations, handling incoming calls, coordinating with field officers, and ensuring timely response to incidents. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor security activities and officer locations remotely
Dispatch security personnel to incidents, alarms, and service calls
Maintain constant communication with security officers and clients
Answer incoming calls and document incidents accurately
Track officer attendance, shift activity, and patrol completion
Escalate emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
Prepare daily activity logs and incident reports
Schedule security guards
Ensure all dispatch procedures and company protocols are followed
Qualifications
Previous dispatch, or customer service experience in a security company, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
Familiarity with Tracktik and Belfry is a plus

Attention to detail and accurate documentation
Professional phone etiquette
Experience working overnight or rotating shifts
