We’re hiring Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Work Setup: Remote
If you’re confident on the phone, comfortable with digital tools, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in connecting businesses with high-impact marketing solutions while enjoying the flexibility of remote, part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
-Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and online outreach, introducing our marketing and advertising solutions.
-Generate and qualify leads, ensuring high-quality prospects enter the sales pipeline.
-Manage and update leads in the CRM, keeping everything organized and actionable.
-Present our services effectively and schedule meetings for the strategy team to follow up.
-Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
-Track your performance metrics and provide weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions.
-Some Ad-HOC admin task
Requirements
-Proven experience in cold calling and sales (digital marketing or advertising experience is a plus).
-Proficient in using CRM tools and tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace.
-Excellent English communication skills — confident, persuasive, and friendly.
-Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
-Goal-oriented, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets.
