We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual. You must speak, read, and write at an excellent level in English. You will be tasked with contacting new leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for a real estate broker. You must understand the basics of sales scripts and will be required to follow up with both new and old leads. You will also be asked to take detailed notes, and create a contact and follow-up strategy for each lead, among other duties as necessary.
You will be asked to work at least 3 days a week for 4 to 6 hours each day, but you are welcome to work as much as you want to earn a bigger paycheck. If your quality of work is impressive, a full-time position may be offered. Pay is based on commission for each appointment completed regardless of the outcome. We anticipate that you will schedule at least 30-40 appointments each month with a $25 commission for each one! Expected pay = $750 to $1,000 part time!
You must be willing to work between 1 PM and 8 PM Pacific Daylight Time. Must have a reliable Internet connection. A dedicated VIOP phone number will be provided.
