About the Opportunity
We are looking for elite chat agents to manage and grow top 1% OF accounts. We use proven systems and provide hands-on training to help you level up and maximize your earnings. This isn't autopilot work—you'll need to think on your feet and carry real, engaging conversations.
Compensation & Perks

* Fixed Pay: $3.00/hr
* Commission: 5% of net sales + generous bonuses
* Payouts: Always on time, twice per month via PayPal
* Support: Very friendly and supportive team environment with weekly calls to identify blindspots.

Shifts (6 Days Per Week)
We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to commit to a 6-day work schedule.
* Schedule: 6 days per week (8 hours/day)
* Availability: Day / Evening / Night shifts are available.
* Sample Shifts:
* Monday–Saturday (8hrs/day)
* Tuesday–Sunday (8hrs/day)
What We Need (Non-Negotiables)
We are looking for reliable, coachable, and experienced professionals.
* Experience: Prior chatter experience is preferred, but no experience is needed if you are highly motivated and dedicated to training.
* English: Fluent, natural, and excellent English skills.
* Mindset: Quick thinker, reliable, self-motivated, and punctual (no excuses).
* Coachability: Must be a "Yes" sayer that implements our feedback. Not implementing our feedback will result in instant termination.
* Tools: Familiarity with Infloww is a major plus.
* Attitude: Positive, team-first mindset.
