Experience:
We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support student outreach and drive admissions. Candidates with EdTech experience or existing contacts in colleges/schools are highly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to students, parents & institutions
• Convert inquiries to admissions & meet call targets
• Maintain relationships with colleges/schools
• Update CRM records & support enrollment growth
What We Need:
✔ 1–5 Years sales or telemarketing
✔ Edtech experience preferred
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Proven sales/conversion experience
✔ Customer-focused & goal-driven
✔ CRM proficiency
✔ Ability to handle objections professionally
