POSITION OVERVIEW

The Leads Generation Specialist is tasked to generate high value sales opportunities, set meetings, and build pipeline that contributes to sales & revenue target achievement

They are the starting point of growth and success by identifying high value business opportunities. Have a direct impact on revenue growth by developing and managing best-in-class sales lead qualification practices to maximize pipeline values for your sales team

The primary responsibility is to identify potential clients through various lead sources, with a priority focus on Enterprise. As the "hunter" of new leads across broadcast & media, the Video SDR's primary objective is to deliver qualified meetings and actionable information to the sales teams. They will have access to online tools and all means of communication to equip and enable your success with the role

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record and maintain leads data via Salesforce.com
• Gain an understanding of OTT and broadcasting industry, challenges faced, and evolution of the market from product and sales perspectives
• Optimizing tools and processes to manage with lead qualification, sales cycles, and product improvement
• Using data to analyze results of sales processes, recommending improvements.
• Preparation of client-facing materials for new and existing clients & related projects
• Deliver results in a young and fast-growing company which is now the market leader in online video monetization

Outbound Campaign Execution
• Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting important potential Enterprise clients leveraging multiple channels of communication
• Utilize cold contact techniques to setup meetings with our sales team, through structured cadence of communications
• Drive the company’s global outbound sales campaigns for:
• Event-Driven - Ensure proper follow through on leads generated from events such as IBC, NAB, Broadcast Asia, Streaming Media, etc.
• News/Announcement-Driven Campaigns - Conduct market research, stay current on
• latest industry news, and research targeted organizations and individuals to qualify new leads
• Targeted Campaigns - Execute outreach, delivering specific messaging as dictated by the campaign

Inbound Lead Management:
• Respond to inbound prospects (e.g. Marketing Campaigns, Inquiries, Chats, etc), leveraging
• various communication channels to qualify leads based on set of criteria and scorecard
• Using best-in-class SLQ practices, maintain a solid conversion rate of prospect inquiries to
• qualified sales opportunities
• Collect and verify contracts information of decision makers
• Engage leads in structured communications cadence based on priority and industry standard SLAs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or related field
• The person for this role must have at least two to three (2-3) years of experience in sales, specifically in leads generation
• Good analytical & organizational skills
• Strong interest in sales, digital media, broadcasting, or related industries.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Base CRM, advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Punctual, innovative, self-starter
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in the mid shift
