We need a Sales Representative to make the first contact with prospective clients, book a demonstration and demonstrate our software to our clientele in the USA and Canada.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be proactively involved in all sales business from non-existing customers, from initial contact to closure.
- Cold call and initiate contact with potential customers from researched leads, cold calls, web leads, assigned leads, and industry contacts to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Respond to inbound calls from clients and their employees
- Complete call logs and follow-up as required
- CRM management skills
- Daily operations client care related operations
You will have the following core qualifications and skills:
Business to Business customer service experience
Typing speed of 60 wpm+
Excellent customer service skills with a strong level of business acumen
Exceptional verbal and written English skills are essential
Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly
Post-secondary education is an asset
Client retention and management
Real Estate administration experience preferred
5 years or more experience working in customer service focused role
