-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Confident doing cold calls, walk-ins, and client presentations
-Comfortable talking to business owners and professionals
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of rejection
-Organized with follow-ups and client tracking
-Willing to do field work around Bacoor and Metro Manila
Preferred but not required:
-Experience selling to gyms, hotels, spas, or developers
-Experience working with architects, contractors, or interior designers
-Background in construction, fit-out, or luxury home products
-B2B or project-based sales experience
