Job Function:
Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.

We are looking for:
*Candidate must be finished 2 years in college or Bachelor Degree Graduate, in any related field
*Must be have at least 1 Year BPO / Call Center Experience
*Preferably with experience in INBOUND & OUTBOUND sales
*Preferably with TELCO background
*Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
*Knowledgeable using Skype, Youtube, IG, Twitter
