Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 2–3+ years Laravel (production-level experience)
- 2+ years Vue experience (Vue 3 preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Pinia and Axios
- Solid SQL optimization skills (indexing, query tuning, performance analysis)
- Experience using AI tools responsibly in development. Explain: How you validate AI-generated code, How you debug issues introduced by AI assistance, How you benchmark and verify performance/results
Additional requirements:
- Currently based in the Philippines
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Own laptop/desktop
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating external APIs (Stripe, Zoom, or similar)
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
Performance Expectations:
- Deliver hotfixes within 2 hours, including an initial investigation report
- Handle 15–20 deployments per month (on-demand + sprint releases)
- Maintain less than 10% deployment failure rate
We value developers who take ownership, move quickly, and care about clean, stable releases.
Compensation & Setup:
- Starting pay: Up to ₱30,000 NETT
- Performance-based increase: Up to ₱50,000 by Month 3
- Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Manila time), weekdays
- Paid Philippine holidays
- Fully remote
- 1-year renewable contractor engagement
