Requirements:

• Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
• With good communication skills in English
• JLPT N1, N2 N3 Passer or Level
• University degree or equivalent
• With Service Management skills

Responsibilities:
• Manages the risk of operating the service
• lead global major incident management process.
• Coordinates communication among support staff and systems staff
• Coordinate required operational regarding global incident resolution
• Verify that no incidents and tasks stay unassigned Load balance
• Reassignment effectively the incidents and tasks that were not completed during the day
