Responsible for the QA / Testing phase within SDLC to ensure all new product developments & upgrades are delivered on time, on budget & meet Signature & customer needs.
QA / Testing for all releases are successfully implemented and signed off within budget and on time.
Test build development
First round testing with development team at the Applications layer then down to the data layer
The delivered product meets the needs of the customers as identified in the solution definition phase of each project.
All internal and external customers have appropriate information about the Signature products and system capabilities.
Documentation and maintenance of standard QA / Testing processes.
Automated testing research and implementation.
Continual improvement in testing methodologies, including awareness of contemporary testing practices.
Actively participate in self-learning and training activities to constantly improve functional knowledge of all Signature products, services and other related skills required to fulfil the position
Identifying issues and development of strategies for potential improvements that impact testing, development & customer satisfaction and taking these to management for acceptance & prioritisation
Influence cross departmental improvements
Participate in cross-departmental planning activities to improve all facets of the business as engaged by Management
Identify areas for improvement particularly where obligations to customer are not being met
Working with Management to develop initiatives to;
