Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone, chat, email, self-service/web portal help desk support hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications and infrastructure for users
- helps users resolve issues with computer hardware or software
- respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users.
- Escalates complex problems to higher level within organization.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor`s Degree of any course
- Must have at least 18 months relevant work experience in
- Experience in end to end Tech and SD handling AHD requests
- Must be flexible in working in a Shifting schedule
- Amenable to work in Alabang or BGC, Taguig
