💰 ₱70,000–₱90,000/month (performance-based progression)
What you’ll actually do:
• Break down complex business and technical problems
• Design solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decisions)
• Direct AI tools and validate outputs
• Join architecture reviews and planning
• Gradually own real, production-level systems
You’ll think more than you code—and be accountable for outcomes.
