Perform back end and administrative tasks to assist clients. Provide technical chat assistance to clients on how to navigate through the software and also drive resolution to issues.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably with Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling an international technical account.
• Must have good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
